Most Certainly Not!

Well, school is once again cancelled, second day in a row. And it's understandable really. The roads and driveways were horrible. Trying to get to the mailbox to deliver people's paper was extremly exhausting. Some of the mailboxs were completely covered over in snow, which made me dig for it.

Anyway, I finished my annoying and tedious english project yesterday, so I got free day today. My mom is getting angry at me, saying I should be studying for finals (which is next week) but I only have my english scribbler here with me and I don't even know if there's going to be a final on that!

Valve released an awesome patch yesterday for CS: Source. It's awesome, it added a new map and the ability to have bots! I <3 Valve!

I tried to update yesterday, but the Steam servers were swamped as they always are on these important updates. So I just let steam be and waited for today. This morning I booted up my computer, downloaded the update, and tried out the bots. They're so lifelike! All their tactics and camping spots and such are almost exactly the same as the real players online. Also, you can have them communicate to you through a mic and stuff. Sadly, they do seem to have an aimbot-ish attitude (I've yet to see a bot get a body kill, all headshots :S) and when they talk on the mic, it sounds really good but they also know how many people are left, or if the bomb is down, even if they're way across the map. Besides these faults they're really awesome, and loads of servers have them playing now. (Also, something that's way better than Hl1 bots, they now have the word BOT for their ping instead of the 0, so it's easier to see who is a bot and who isn't)

Yesterday, I also watched three movies. The Village, Open Water, and Rat Race. I've seen Rat Race so many times that I'm not even going to comment on it. Pretty bad movie anyway. The Village is an awesome movie. A lot of people dish it for just being another movie using the exact formula M. Night (Knight?) Shamalyan has used for all the past films, basically it's the introduction of the setting, the problem, the pull the carpet out from under you twist, and finish. Although, in The Village there are 2 twists. One of them , the very first one, is VERY predictable. I thought about it before I even saw the movie. The second is just awesome, and is one of the most face-slapping twists I've seen in a while, very good.

Open Water is really boring. Two divers get left out in the middle of the ocean by accident during their vacation, so basically the entire movie is them floating there with sharks circling around them. Than, the movie ends with both of them dieing, one guy from bleeding to death after getting a chunk of his leg ripped off by a shark, the other just gives herself up and goes under, letting the sharks eat her. A very Anti-Climatic ending :S.

Today, I plan to do nothing really. Probably get in a few games of CS/CSS, patrol the numerous forums as I usually do, and probably play some Neverwinter Nights. I just reinstalled it yesterday and I'm having great fun.
